With more than 30 years as a senior manager in the energy and railway industry, Peter has extensive experience in strategic planning, operational management, IT, procurement, stakeholder management, risk mitigation and compliance.
Peter was the Chief Executive Officer of Flinders Power responsible for the closure of the Flinders business, including the decommissioning of power stations, closure of a coal mine and site rehabilitation.
Peter has developed strategic partnerships to enable future development of the mining and export industries. His ability to form strong relationships has allowed him to successfully manage large operations and to effectively influence change.
Peter holds qualifications in Applied Science (Computer Studies) and Management, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Australian Computer Society.

Damien has 30 years’ experience in the electricity sector, including his former role as Chief Financial Officer of Flinders Power.
His understanding of the business requirements during normal operational mode have been used to effectively manage the safe, timely, compliant and cost-effective meeting of closure obligations, such as at the Port Augusta Power Stations and Leigh Creek Coal Mine.
Damien’s keen interest in ensuring the commercial and finance function is closely linked to all aspects of a business has helped expand his career experience into a number of broader roles including acting as a change and implementation agent on many occasions.
His professional qualifications, including CPA with a BA (Accountancy) and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, are underpinned by a strong systems and forward looking focus.

Peter has worked in the mining industry for nearly 30 years with senior site management, strategic planning, mine engineering and risk and compliance experience with Alinta Energy, Boral, International Power/Hazelwood Mine, Rio Tinto and BHP.
Peter was the Manager and Statutory Mine Manager of Leigh Creek Coal Mine for over 7 years. During that time, Peter helped see the site (including the township of Leigh Creek) through extensive change, including intensive mine expansion, capital upgrade,
process and productivity improvement and a closure program.
Peter’s ability to form effective relationships at all levels, including with employees, contractors, unions, suppliers, consultants and government representatives, has allowed him to successfully and effectively manage large operations and extensive change. Peter holds qualifications in Engineering (Mining) and Management and is a member of the Australian Mine Managers association.

Working in a range of industry sectors over the past 18 years, including power generation, public utilities, manufacturing and heavy industry, Brad has strong leadership experience and a thorough understanding of the operational management.
His management approach is underpinned by his experience in organisational leadership and culture and the significant impact this can have on the outcome of program delivery.
Brad was most recently employed as Program Director for Flinders Site Closure, and was formerly the Alinta Energy Manager Health, Safety, Security, Environment & Community for the Power Generation Division.
Prior to then, he held leadership roles with Clipsal Australia (Adelaide), Thames Water (London) and Pasminco (now Nyrstar, at the Newcastle Smelter and Port Pirie Smelter).
With an Honours Bachelor of Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in OHS, Brad is currently expanding his educational qualifications by completing a part-time MBA. Brad is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgists (AusIMM). Brad is a published author, presenting mine rehabilitation papers at the 2018 Mine Closure Conference and the 2019 Coal Operators Conference proceedings.

With 37 years of experience in industry maintenance within the power and mining industries, Kym has exceptional supervisory skills, planning and coordinating major projects and ensuring their safe and effective completion.
His effective communication and sound interpersonal skills with workforce and contractors together with his practical management approach has helped many businesses achieve successful results.
Kym was most recently the Flinders Power Facility Manager at Augusta Power Stations and was
accountable for the decommissioning, asset reclamation and remediation processes on the site.
His previous roles include Playford Power Station Plant Manager, Augusta Power Station Maintenance Manager, Leigh Creek Coal Mine Maintenance Manager, trade and supervisory roles with ETSA, Babcock & Brown Power, NRG and Olympic Dam with Monodelphus Engineering.
Kym is trade certified and holds numerous safety and leadership qualifications, including tertiarylevel qualifications in frontline management.
